Pediatric Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and other essential care needs.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
  • Participate in patient care planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
