About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Automotive Operations Manager for a fast-paced environment in the auto cleaning services industry at our airport location.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have prior management and leadership experience in a rental car or similar work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Able to meet production demands in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet production targets while ensuring a safe and fun work environment
  • Supervise employees to be compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of employee production and attendance
  • Hire and schedule employees as needed

Requirements:
