Job Summary

Pacer Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our care coordination services and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring staff is fully informed of changes impacting their work and providing guidance on support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of case management services, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Ensure Compliance: Apply knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security regulations as well as URAC accreditation standards to ensure compliance in daily practice.
  • Coordinate Staff Training: Coordinate staff orientation and training, ensuring staff provides case management within scope of practice and in compliance with organizational protocols, desk procedures, and policies.
  • Supervise Individual Staff: Supervise individual staff caseload and beneficiary treatment plans to ensure delivery of care, productivity, and timeliness.
  • Evaluate Case Manager Practice: Evaluate case manager practice for quality, timeliness, and process consistency.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement: Participate in the evaluation of the case management program and collaborate with case managers, care coordinators, medical providers, and directors on program interpretation and guidance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related field.
  • Experience: One year supervisory experience or equivalent leadership role, with a current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Certifications: Case Manager Certification by a URAC-recognized entity and three years full-time equivalent of direct clinical care to the consumer.
