At Daily Provisions, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Manhattan West. As a key member of our management team, you'll work closely with the General Manager to provide leadership and support to our Front of House and Back of House teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience in a similar environment and a Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field. You'll be responsible for cultivating a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, maintaining excellence and cleanliness of the store, and ensuring compliance with HR practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of the beverage and kitchen stations
  • Be a champion of Enlightened Hospitality to our guests
  • Maintain excellence and cleanliness of the store
  • Continuously provide support to all FOH&BOH staff
  • Ensure DOL/Health Department compliance
  • Provides feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind

Requirements:

  • 2+ years management experience in a similar environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred
