Key Responsibilities of the Client Engagement Specialist:
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, face-to-face
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers within your sales territory, representing two major companies in the telecom and smart-home sectors
- Drive sales within customer accounts
- Address customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and support business development initiatives
Qualifications for the Ideal Client Engagement Specialist:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A courteous, friendly, and diplomatic demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient negotiation skills
- Creative thinking and idea generation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
- Availability for full-time work and reliable commuting
- 0-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in customer-facing roles; experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous
