Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Proven knowledge of manufacturing operations, maintenance, and engineering principles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, organize, and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in leading, mentoring, and collaborating with teams

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 plus a performance bonus of 20%
