Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute permitting strategies and policies to secure timely federal, state, and local approvals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing large teams, preferably in the AEC industry.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
