As a Social Worker - Outpatient Psychiatry, you will play a critical role in providing direct behavioral health care coordination and clinical services to patients in our Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychosocial needs assessment and resource coordination for patients
  • Manage Social Work Referral Pool for resource requests, specifically SDOH and MH navigation
  • Facilitate care internal and external to UW Medicine with other community behavioral health programs
  • Provide patient education and assist in engagement in community resources/programs to meet psychosocial needs
Requirements:
  • A Master of Social Work Degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
  • One year of full-time social work experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent
  • Must hold one of the following credentials issued by the state of Washington: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
