Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing talent to support business growth and objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Provide HRIS system administration, payroll, and benefits administration support to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with operations team to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Conduct employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws, including Title VII, ADA, and FLSA.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
