Key Responsibilities

? Directs the catering team throughout all event functions
? Prepares banquet spaces for scheduled events
? Serves food and beverages in line with catering standards and event specifications
? Ensures tables are set accurately for special occasions
? Loads and unloads event supplies into catering vehicles, adhering to safety protocols and DOT regulations
? Cleans all event areas after completion
? Performs necessary opening and closing tasks
? Maintains a professional appearance at all times
? Organizes storage areas and supplies efficiently
? Oversees the upkeep of equipment and catering materials
? Executes all tasks safely and effectively
? Complies with all company safety policies and procedures
? Follows instructions from management effectively
? Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently handling 30 lbs
? Able to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 6 hours
? Involves repetitive tasks
? Works with various chemicals and equipment under certain conditions
? Safely navigates catering vehicles and transports event supplies
? May require cross-training in other dining venues
? May oversee staff and sanitation in various locations
? Responsible for managing the opening and closing of facilities, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
