The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is essential in supporting our Spanish-speaking clientele with their meal orders. This position is fully remote. Candidates must reside in Utah or Idaho (applications from outside these states will not be accepted). The starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with weekly compensation, paid time off, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.Our employees enjoy:

Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer service inquiries related to meal orders
  • Responding to questions and providing outstanding customer support
  • Inputting order information into the designated client order system
  • Documenting all interactions with clients in the database
  • Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have placed an order
  • Communicating with case managers via phone, email, or fax in unique client situations
  • Working efficiently while ensuring clients feel appreciated

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage customer complaints effectively and promptly
  • Experience adhering to company policies and core values
  • Reliable internet connection via ethernet
  • Quiet workspace for uninterrupted work

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Prior exposure to auto dialers, multi-line phone systems, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Physical Requirements

  • Repetitive hand and finger movements
  • Sedentary role involving extended periods of sitting
  • Visual acuity, including peripheral vision and depth perception
