Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to faculty and staff in their offices, classrooms, and conference rooms.
  • Recommend, purchase, and maintain equipment to support the faculty and staff of NUAMES North.
  • Manage work requests, coordinate extended support with other team members, and track requests in the ticketing system.
  • Work with the ITSS team Manager and TSS Director to ensure equipment cycles are forecasted for replacement and funding processes are in place.
  • Ensure classroom equipment is checked frequently to prevent issues and adhere to campus information security policies.
  • Collaborate with NUAMES North administrators and support team peers to determine expanded class technology opportunities.
  • Work with vendors to find the best equipment and pricing for replacements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and equipment.
