Position Overview
This role is primarily focused on executing a variety of routine cleaning tasks across multiple properties in the Park City region, upholding and enhancing the Luxury Defined standard.

Uniform Requirement: This position mandates the wearing of a designated uniform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional service, courtesy, and care to all customers, both internal and external, at all times.
  2. Prepare and clean units for guest arrivals, which includes:
    a. Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing floors; stripping, waxing, and shampooing carpets.
    b. Washing windows, walls, tables, and other surfaces.
    c. Dusting furniture, fixtures, and woodwork.
    d. Stripping and making beds.
    e. Cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
    f. Organizing rooms and replenishing guest supplies such as glasses and stationery.
    g. Emptying trash bins and collecting litter around the premises.
    h. Replacing light bulbs.
    i. Rearranging furniture as needed.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, heating, and ventilation systems, along with other related housekeeping tasks as assigned.
  4. Provide personal transportation as required.
  5. Adhere to established health and safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
  6. Implement standard security measures when entering or exiting properties.
  7. Report cleaning progress to the inspector or housekeeping manager in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain a record of properties that have been serviced.
  9. Communicate maintenance issues or unit requirements to the manager.
  10. Assist in keeping the service center clean and organized.
  11. Document daily linen usage accurately.
  12. Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner while interacting with guests, owners, and industry colleagues.

A personal vehicle is required for travel to and from assigned properties.

The individual must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as needed.
