Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine housekeeping tasks in luxury properties throughout the Park City area, maintaining and promoting the high standards of Resorts West.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional service and care to guests, owners, and industry peers at all times.
  2. Clean and prepare units for arrival, including cleaning floors, vacuuming, dusting, and washing windows and walls.
  3. Dust furniture, fixtures, and woodwork, and strip and make beds.
  4. Clean and stock bathrooms, and straighten rooms.
  5. Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter in and around buildings.
  6. Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, heating, and ventilating equipment.
  7. Provide personal transportation as needed.
  8. Follow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals.
  9. Execute standard security measures whenever entering or exiting properties.
  10. Report cleaning progress to the inspector or housekeeping manager promptly.
  11. Keep a record of homes that have been cleaned.
  12. Report maintenance concerns or unit needs to the manager.
  13. Assist with maintaining cleanliness at the service center.
  14. Document daily linen usage.
  15. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements

This person must possess the skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner, have a personal vehicle for travel, and be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
