**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and promoting our products to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting products by asking questions and actively listening to their needs.
- Research and source products for customers using various tools.
- Enter sales orders into our ERP system and process customer returns and warranties.
- Follow up promptly on customer requests and communicate any expected delays or issues.

- Prepare and issue sales quotes following company guidelines.
- Educate customers about our products and services.
- Recommend additional products and promotions to customers.
- Communicate sales lead information to outside sales staff and management.
- **General Responsibilities**
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and inventory.

- Knowledge of plumbing, lighting, and irrigation products is an asset.
