About the Role

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Peifer Hanson Mullins & Baker, P.A., you will play a critical role in supporting our team and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and callers
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and mentorship programs, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and incentive pay, and a starting salary range of $17 - 22/hour dependent on experience and background.
