Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the second point of contact for incoming calls, aiming to fill the call board to 90% daily.
- Address customer concerns and manage feedback.
- Conduct membership visits and initiate marketing and lead-generation calls.
- Oversee submissions from various lead source applications.
- Create a schedule for inbound and outbound calls to enhance sales.
- Assist in training, developing, and supervising call center staff.
- Work diligently to achieve a call booking rate of over 85% and meet daily call targets.
- Audit and report daily performance metrics for all customer service representatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up on abandoned calls within 60 seconds.
- Supervise quality assurance processes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly meetings.
- Lead weekly service reviews.
- Engage in daily team huddles.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
