Strategic Business Planner Role
Mainz Brady Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Planner to join our Global Marketplace Strategy Team. This role focuses on direct-to-consumer initiatives in digital, stores, and membership.
This Strategic Business Planner will partner with senior executives to refine, communicate, and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans, conduct environmental and organizational analyses.
- Lead business planning, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.
- Define and measure strategic initiatives, overseeing the Quarterly Business Review.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience as a business/process leader or industry expert.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
