Job Title: Instructor/Facilitator

CALIBRE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Instructor/Facilitator to join our team at the Army Force Management School (AFMS). As an Instructor/Facilitator, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs that support the AFMS mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of AFMS students
  • Prepare and present instructional materials, including lesson plans, courseware, and training aids
  • Coordinate reviews of AFMS course content with external authorities
  • Provide mentorship and support to students and graduates of the AFMS
  • Write and maintain assigned chapters/sections for the AFMS Academic Standing Operating Procedures (SOP)
Requirements:
  • Five to seven years' experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) related processes and systems in an Army or DoD organization
  • Or three to five years teaching PPBE related processes and systems in an Army or DoD organization
  • Must be a US Citizen and have a SECRET security clearance
  • Must be able to travel and work in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process within the Department of Defense
  • Familiarity with similar processes within the U.S. Army level
  • Knowledge of recent Congressional efforts concerning the PPBE process
