  • Associate Development: Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Prepare store schedules, open and close the store, and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
