- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a California-approved LVN program.
- Experience: 2 or more years of relevant experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Licensure: Current LVN or RN license for California.
- Certifications: First-Aid, CPR, and/or BLS certified.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
