American Equipment Holdings, a leading provider of overhead crane solutions in the United States, seeks an experienced Senior Industrial Sales Director to lead its regional sales teams and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling mission-critical industrial equipment and services to business customers. With a focus on executing annual sales plans, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the industrial market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional and national sales targets
  • Leverage CRM and ERP systems to optimize sales performance and process improvements
  • Mentor and coach Regional Sales Managers to build consistent sales processes and drive achievement of sales goals
  • Collaborate with Operations and Service leadership to establish effective S&OP processes
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform executive-level decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably with a technical background
  • Demonstrated success in leading field sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
