Job Overview

American Equipment Holdings, a leading provider of overhead crane solutions in the United States, seeks an experienced Sales Director- Industrial- Scales to lead its regional sales teams and drive sales growth across the country.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and execute annual sales plans, including bookings and margin forecasts for regions, customers, and products.
  • Lead regional sales managers to achieve consistent sales processes, performance tracking tools, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build a sales operations support team to ensure achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement standardized sales management systems, processes, and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in selling mission-critical industrial equipment, preferably in a territory or region geography.
  • Demonstrated leadership of a field sales function with multiple customer segments, product categories, and seller types.
  • Proven track record of successful sales contract negotiations and pricing strategy development.
Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000-$200,000, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
