Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed National Vision's sales and company objectives by providing personalized service to customers and promoting our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS/SDS system.
  • Take optical measurements for patient eyewear as permitted by state law.
  • Coordinate the distribution of eyewear products to patients according to National Vision guidelines.
  • Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients, as permitted by state law.
  • Perform insertion and removal training of contact lenses to patients as directed by management and permitted by state law.
  • Contribute to the marketing of the store by participating in Business Builder events and promoting our products to customers.
  • Complete inventory counts and replenish stock as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong selling skills, the ability to learn optical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. You will also need to be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude and appearance, and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
