At Youth Consultation Service (YCS), we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with high-risk behavior clients to provide comprehensive therapeutic services. Our team provides an array of therapeutic services to individuals in our care, with small caseloads allowing for the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Strengths and Needs, and Biopsychosocial (BSP) assessment with new admissions
  • Develop and implement safety/soothing plans with youth and family
  • Develop and work with youth and family on a comprehensive treatment plan and discharge plan with new discharges
  • Provide individual therapy, if applicable
  • Provide group therapy, if applicable
  • Attend treatment team meetings
Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field and a license to practice independently in NJ including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD
  • Masters level therapist licensed to practice in NJ including LSW and LAC under the on-site supervision of a NJ independently licensed therapist with a documented plan to achieve clinical licensure within 3 years
Work Schedule:

Flexible work schedule, 35 hours weekly
