Job Summary

Winslow CSAP is seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with high-risk behavior clients to provide comprehensive therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' strengths and needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement safety and soothing plans.
  • Develop and work with clients and their families on comprehensive treatment and discharge plans.
  • Attend treatment team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensure to practice independently in NJ, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD.
  • Or, a Master's level therapist licensed to practice in NJ, with a documented plan to achieve clinical licensure within 3 years.
Work Schedule

Flexible work schedule, 35 hours weekly.
