About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Youth Therapist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide individual and family therapy to youth in their treatment homes, conduct assessments to create comprehensive treatment plans, and lead child and family team meetings monthly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy to youth in assigned homes
  • Conduct assessments with youth to create comprehensive treatment plans
  • Lead child and family team meetings monthly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams internally and externally
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities, including phone consultations and weekend on-call duties
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related clinical discipline
  • Valid LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC licensure
  • Two years of experience working with children and/or youth
  • Experience providing in-community treatment preferred
