Position: Production Operator
This dynamic role involves managing various assigned tasks and projects in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the production of high-quality output. Responsibilities may include the assembly and testing of electrical components, cleaning of completed products, and loading raw materials into machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate both automatic and semi-automatic machinery in accordance with established Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
- Prepare and maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
- Assemble and test components, ensuring compliance with specified standards.
- Conduct basic electrical and continuity testing on electronic components and systems.
- Identify and label acceptable and defective assemblies.
- Inspect final products for quality, labeling, and packaging.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures for safety and quality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of production experience; 2 years preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong team player with a customer-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds independently and assist with heavier items.
- Capable of standing and working on feet for extended periods.
Salary range is $18-21/hr based on experience.
Work Schedule:Available shifts include:
- NIGHT SHIFT (additional $1.50/hr): Monday-Friday 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
- SWING SHIFT: Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30 PM
- 1st SHIFT: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- *Shifts will transition to a rotating schedule in the near future.*
