Job Overview

Position: Production Operator

This dynamic role involves managing various assigned tasks and projects in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the production of high-quality output. Responsibilities may include the assembly and testing of electrical components, cleaning of completed products, and loading raw materials into machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate both automatic and semi-automatic machinery in accordance with established Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
  • Assemble and test components, ensuring compliance with specified standards.
  • Conduct basic electrical and continuity testing on electronic components and systems.
  • Identify and label acceptable and defective assemblies.
  • Inspect final products for quality, labeling, and packaging.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures for safety and quality.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of production experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong team player with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds independently and assist with heavier items.
  • Capable of standing and working on feet for extended periods.
Compensation:

Salary range is $18-21/hr based on experience.

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include:

  • NIGHT SHIFT (additional $1.50/hr): Monday-Friday 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
  • SWING SHIFT: Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30 PM
  • 1st SHIFT: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
  • *Shifts will transition to a rotating schedule in the near future.*
