About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Support Specialist to join our team at FullBloom. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with intensive behavioral needs in a special education setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior support plans and provide customized support to assigned students
  • Assist in the development and modification of behavior support plans
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans
  • Provide personal care support dependent on the student's needs
  • Communicate effectively with parents and team members
