Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a Team Leader: Supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals, communicate business objectives, and execute company programs.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonality of products, ensuring the department meets company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, equipment usage, production, safety, sanitation, and compliance.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, maintain a neat and clean work area, ensure proper planning and staffing for weekly bakery volumes, and drive consistency in quality, food safety, and company policies.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Teach and train the team, identify training needs, and develop necessary skills to deliver high-quality products to members.
Requirements:
  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
