Job Summary
Purposeful Parenting LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, family-centered services to individuals and families involved with the department of child services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective services that reduce maltreatment, improve caretaking and coping skills, and enhance family resilience.
- Support healthy and nurturing relationships, and promote the well-being of children, youth, and families.
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop service plans that meet the unique needs of each family.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to service delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with children at risk for child abuse or neglect.
- 4-year degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to use a private car to transport self and others.
- Compliance with state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage.
