Community Support Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Technician to join our team in Hendersonville. As a key member of our community services team, you will provide essential support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing Community Living Supports, Clinical Nursing, and Supported Employment services
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements and Benefits

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and telehealth insurance, 401K with company match, and more.
