We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. As a Dialysis Nurse at Healthcare Support, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require dialysis care and provide high-quality nursing services to help them achieve their health goals.

Job Description

As a Dialysis Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and treatment tailored to their specific needs. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120-$180 per hour, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as overtime and loyalty bonuses.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • RN license in good standing
  • Experience working in dialysis settings
