Role Overview:

As a C2 Systems Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in installing, connecting, and maintaining our software solutions to ensure critical operational capabilities for our clients. You will be part of a dedicated team that prepares, executes, and supports software installations in complex environments.

Your role will bridge the gap between product development and operational deployment, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product development teams to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Focus on environment configuration, reliability engineering, and large-scale deployment.
  • Conduct incident triage and root-cause analysis to enhance system performance.
  • Improve software tools and user experiences through targeted enhancements.
  • Perform pre-deployment testing and configuration to ensure readiness.
  • Automate workflows and develop acceptance testing procedures.
  • Participate in customer demonstrations and early product deployments to gather insights.

Your involvement will provide critical feedback to inform engineering efforts and enhance product deployment strategies.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in field operations and systems administration.
  • Proficiency in Linux-based operating systems.
  • A proven track record of problem-solving in complex, unstructured environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct data-driven root cause analysis on intricate systems.
  • Experience in training peers or clients on product operations.
  • An active U.S. TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • A DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification.
  • Experience with data systems installation and troubleshooting for sensitive clients.
  • Familiarity with DoD-managed network environments.
  • Experience with technologies such as Typescript/React, Go, Docker/Kubernetes.
  • A background in military service.
