The role is essential in achieving KP sales and retention objectives by advancing key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Enhances customer experience and meets market turnaround expectations by: establishing and nurturing administrative relationships with customers, consultants, brokers, and channel partners; collaborating with cross-functional peers to provide and gather essential information to support contract, benefit/service, and renewal processes; following general guidance to address and resolve routine and some non-routine inquiries from customers, consultants, brokers, and channel partners; executing standard tasks with a moderate level of supervision to support Request for Renewal (RFR) responses and engagement strategies; partnering with engagement teams to coordinate programs (e.g., open enrollment) with a moderate degree of oversight; and delivering accurate information, including fundamental knowledge of products, benefits/services, and pricing models when assisting stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a corporate or business office setting OR a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a corporate or business office environment.
