Job Summary:

As a Master Electrician at Mr. Electric, you will be a lead member of our team, coordinating the installation, repair, and service of electric and electronic components. You will exemplify our code of values, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise journeymen and apprentices on your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Installation and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment, determining the condition of electrical equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and determining needed repairs.
  • Project Management: Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects, evaluate customer requests, and provide work order descriptions and price projects.
  • Operational Excellence: Follow established processes and procedures, operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer, and maintain a professional appearance and personality.

Requirements:

  • Master Electrician License: Possess a valid Master Electrician license and be physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
