Role: Surgical Technologist - Operating Room Services

The Surgical Technologist plays a crucial role within the Operating Room Team, ensuring high-quality surgical patient care, maintaining a safe and sterile surgical environment, and mentoring fellow surgical team members in appropriate surgical practices. This position reports directly to the department manager or assistant nurse manager.

Shift Information:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour Day Shift

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program or a training program in the armed forces or Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. Alternatively, relevant work experience is acceptable even if the education is from a non-accredited program.
  • Upon hire: Registration as a Surgical Technologist in Washington State.
  • Upon hire: Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • One year of recent experience as a surgical technologist.
  • Two years of experience in an operating room setting as a surgical technologist.
