Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned departments, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Identify and develop talent, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to support the growth of future nursing leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting, including at least one (1) year of relevant leadership experience.
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty (if required).
- BLS certification required.
