Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team at Showcase Realty, LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and supervision of service providers, managing on-site property management, and building strong relationships with residents and property owners.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing property management company that uses top marketing strategies, technology, and systems to provide clients with efficient and best-in-class property management services in the Carolinas.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Real Estate License, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong moral-ethical foundation. They will also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate and be able to work independently but follow our proven process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site property management, including coordinating with service providers and overseeing maintenance coordination
  • Build strong relationships with residents and property owners, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Oversee the make-ready process for vacant homes, ensuring they are ready for new tenants
  • Establish rental rates and oversee move-in/move-out processes
  • Establish vendor relations and negotiate contracts

Qualifications:

  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong moral-ethical foundation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate
  • Ability to work independently but follow our proven process
