Customer Service and Sales Manager

Cathay Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet sales and service targets.
  • Collaborate with branch management to develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of sales and customer service success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Bi-lingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
