  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience training, coaching, and mentoring users on Microsoft Power Platform components
  • Strong business acumen and drive for results
  • Ability to understand business processes and create process flow diagrams
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
