Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on building systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
2. Utilize various trade skills, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance, to address complex issues.
3. Manage work orders through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring timely completion of tasks.
4. Lead troubleshooting efforts for building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
5. Oversee the work of external contractors to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
6. Maintain grounds and perform landscaping tasks as needed.
7. Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating additional support as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or trade school training.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in using technology for work order management and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and clients.
