  • Facilitate the integration and onboarding of new acquisitions through the configuration and deployment of Service Titan and Sage Intacct.
  • Oversee comprehensive systems deployment and integration processes, including change management and training initiatives.
  • Manage project implementation for designated partners, collaborating closely with the clients' Technology, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure adherence to policies in Sage administration, working in conjunction with Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of Sage Intacct as a system authority.
  • Establish Sage Intacct instances for new acquisitions, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain the Chart of Accounts and manage user access and permissions.
  • Coordinate Accounts Receivable setup with the Operations team.
  • Migrate historical data and initial Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and banking information to Sage upon Go-Live.
  • Ensure that Sage usage is up-to-date with the latest enhancements and features.
  • Provide training on the Sage Intacct system to the onboarding partner throughout the data migration process and offer on-site support as necessary.
  • Act as the on-site representative post-Go-Live to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for Sage utilization.
  • Contribute to team culture and support related initiatives as required.
