Capstone Search Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Insurance Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our insurance recruitment firm, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing brokering strategies with our sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to review accounts, develop marketing strategies, and connect with underwriters to secure quotes.
- Evaluate claims data, pricing trends, and coverage enhancements to create comprehensive insurance programs for clients.
- Work with sales and service staff to set timelines for submissions, negotiations, and sales presentations, and improve process efficiencies for onboarding new accounts.
Requirements:
- At least five years of Commercial P&C insurance experience with responsibilities for quoting business and managing brokering activities.
- Well-rounded commercial property and casualty background with knowledge of CGL, property, commercial auto, and work comp products.
