Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Proven management experience in the automotive aftermarket sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership in automotive parts retail or service environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and cataloging processes.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform various manual tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
