About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager Assistant to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and experiences to all guests and members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain personal sales performance, meeting or exceeding expectations, and drive key metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Team Management: Assist General Manager in managing sales performance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training process, as well as monitoring and coaching performance.
  • Membership Education and Sales: Educate and sell membership programs to clients, including sales goals and incentives.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist General Manager with administrative tasks, including reporting, cash handling, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in a spa or membership-based sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, with knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems a plus.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success. This includes:

  • Base Salary: Enjoy a base hourly rate ranging from $16-$18, tailored to reflect your experience and skills.
  • Bonus: Earn monthly performance bonuses, with the average bonus ranging from $300 to $400 per month, based on individual and team achievements.
  • Commission: Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance.
