PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical and development leadership on key Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Effectively translate business needs into technical designs and specifications.
  • Oversee implementation activities to ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
  • Ensure that implementation solutions align with architectural goals (availability, scalability, performance, security, etc.).
  • Possess a strong understanding of project methodologies, particularly in relation to the development life cycle.
  • Prioritize tasks while maintaining project scope.
  • Utilize advanced leadership skills, particularly in persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions, and problem-solving.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Develop technology roadmaps that support Terillium's vision and strategy.
  • Mentor and coach Cloud Technical team members.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in technical expertise.
  • Create proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models.
  • Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
