Customer Experience Lead

As a Customer Experience Lead, you'll be a key member of our leadership team. Your role will focus on creating genuine connections with customers, fostering loyalty, love for the brand, and strong community engagement. You'll provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help each team member contribute at their highest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a role model for creating personalized connections with customers
- Lead fit sessions to enhance product knowledge and fuel style obsession
- Help associates improve customer interactions by sharing specific actions to achieve better outcomes
- Ensure the team meets goals and exceeds customer expectations
- Own the selling floor, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Plan and execute local events that tie to the community and drive incremental traffic and sales
Requirements:
- Love our brand, customers, and teams
- Have a great fashion aesthetic and stay plugged into industry trends
- Set and achieve goals
- Energize others through change and rally the team behind new strategies
- Makes smart decisions through active listening, data understanding, and critical thinking
- Have 2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in specialty retail
- Effective communication and technology skills
