  • Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Provide regular project status updates and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
  • Documentation: Manage project documentation and record-keeping to ensure compliance and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar or construction industry.
  • Certification: PMP certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
