We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. This role will be responsible for managing and performing administrative tasks related to engineering programs, including asset life cycle and reliability, capital expenditures, and MEP employee comfort systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and perform administrative tasks related to engineering programs, including asset life cycle and reliability, capital expenditures, and MEP employee comfort systems.
- Offer support to the Regional Engineering Manager on existing or escalating MEP troubleshooting and repairs within the area.
- Partner with the Regional Engineering Manager and Project Managers on new builds and projects to ensure consistency to standards and GREF programs.
- Ownership of partnering with area site teams in creation, recommendation, and approval for engineering programs such as planned outages, ACDC, and COE.
- Use data trends to identify potential system problems and proactively work with teams in solutioning and verification.
- Assist the Regional Engineering Manager with Corrigo MEP Assets and Preventative Maintenance Programs.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering, preferably with a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing background.
- 3-5+ years of program management experience, implementing efficient large-scale platform projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members with a variety of personal styles to focus on right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Effective conflict and impediments management in a fast-paced environment, taking higher responsibilities working with cross-functional teams who are working on multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and closing gaps in the program development and implementation lifecycle.
- Self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide teams during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals and priorities.
